Weeaboo's are extremely obsessed with anything that basically comes from Japan, whether it is Karaoke, food, kawaii stuff, etc. they must have it. It's almost like they are possessed.

The tokyobase domain name has been around since October 17th 2010, you're all just noticing this. It's nothing new, and no, it's not a new name. It's just a domain owned by V that some of NB's content is kept on. If you should inspect some images/files on NB, some of them have urls that say tokyobase. This speech bubble image made by Versuvio for example, is being hosted on tokyobase.net:

I'm not a 100% sure myself what the deal it, but it's a possibility. We all know Naruto is coming to an end, that is imminent. All in good time.

What's wrong with continuing with the same name if admins and V wishes to? It's not like we will be the first forum to do so. We will see what V has in mind when time comes. The anime is still going to be there and Naruto is not the only thing we discuss here.

Either way do none of you follow rules and use Manga image links hosted at NB , ever? How come none noticed that domain name before?
