I think its a nagato only feat. Pein couldn't sense things but I think Nagato is a sensor limited range ofc.

Im only going with it b/c I don't recall reading that the Sharingan or Rinnegan can see Chakra, only that the Byakugan can do that. Unless Im forgetting something idk

Found the official translation it seems that he just said that he could tell that he was amassing chakra on his left eye dont know if is sensing or seeing thou.

Rinnegan doesn't give you the ability to sense, only see chakra. But he never sensed the build up in his eyes, he just knew because Sasuke was zooming towards him with his left eye forward.

Well it's actually only Karin. Naruto is with SM/Kurama but that's it. Kushina wasn't Mito wasn't as far as manga goes. Tsunade as a half Uzumaki doesn't either.

Lol no it can't.... The sharingan has the ability of precognition. Only the Byakugan can see chakra the way we're talking about
