It really depends on the trauma level that sharingan user had, the more depressed and sad it was, the faster that MS to be awaken. If you dont agree with me, let us plant sharingan in Sakura eyes, you could see she casting Amaterasu in just 1 hour.

EThats a good point. You can see how stupid Sasuke looked like when he was trying to kill Naruto in the sasuke retrieval arc. This type of trauma cant be forced it has to be well traumatic. If youre trying to kill your own best friend then how does that hurt you psychologically besides make you into a into a killer

well if you already awaken the sharringan and if you have like 1 tomoe in it, i think it could but if you don't have the sharringan at the first place there's no way you could jump to MS. and by the way obito awaken his sharringa before he died so...

I think you have a point, but you need the actual sharingan as a base. Until you awaken sharingan you don't even know if you have the ability yet. At least one tomoe is needed. Sasuke would've already had MS when he lost his family, all he was shown with was with a basic sharingan durring the flash back. So if the theory was fully correct, we would've seen little Sasuke with the MS.
