Its not completely horrible but defiently not perfect .
Madara's main features ( hair, eyes, eyebrows, and mouth) look really off.
His expression ( which is bugging the crap out of me ) doesn't suit him at all too .

The only reason why many people may hate this picture (and the only reason I can think of) is it is too "human like."

If Madara was in our dimension, he would probably look like that. Once people view things (such as drawings, robots etc) as being too "human" they would hate it.
