If it is then it would mean that koala girl who the Sun Pirates helped back then got pretty strong. To beat an elite member of doflamingos crew =D

U know I was wondering when pple will realise that girl was a fishman karate instructor(sansenmaigawara senken lvl at most) which in a way means practioner and coz she has gloves on my webbed gloves theory might possibly comin tru.

It's not a mysterious guy it's Sabo, it's pretty much proven he's alive by now

I thought it looked kind of like CPO. There are three guys in that mix, and two of them have masks on that looked like CPO

Beside of that, the one she sits on looks nothing like Machvise. Also note there are more people, that she is sitting on top of.
