If you took their heart, it would use the same wind jutsu as the wind mask... They are limited to only the jutsu that corresponds to the mask...

Water - Water Encampment Wall
Lightning - False Darkness Spear
Fire - Intelligent Hard Work
Earth - Earth Spear
Wind - Pressure Damage

They were also shown to combine and use their jutsu simaltenously.
