Probably a fake, unless Kishimoto pulled off a clean costume change in the chapter....and that logo in the bottom right doesn't look familiar.

EDIT: Also, Her hairstyle in that photo doesn't match her hair from previous chapters, even after he lost her headband. Unless she face rapid growth next chapter , it's a definite fake.
