Itachi's eyes are following him but Sasuke is out running it.. I'm sure the question has been asked before, but anyhow what are your thoughts on this?​

Amaterasu, Enton is physically controlling/manipulating the already made flames to move, Amaterasu is simply creating the flame. Itachi wasn't moving the flame towards Sasuke he was simply creating more flame.

Basically, he was outrunning Itachis eyesight. When Itachi "catched" him with his eyes Sasuke started to burn.
