Franky's beam does take a long ass time to work and anyone with decent speed should be able to circumvent him. Senor Pink showed that. The only issue between Franky and Robin is can Robin actually damage Franky? Chances are, yes. Things like Moth Hands or whatever it's called that she showed in the recent chapter would allow her to send his physical, long-ranged weapons back at him, though Franky can probably dodge them. It stands to reason his weapons can damage him. I don't see her flipping the Radical Beam back on him like she did the Pacifista though.
Also, this whole ¨It's weekly hype¨ shit is just that: shit. People want characters to have new feats, and then when the feats come and people use it or accept it, it's wanking? The **** is wrong with you people?
