Is this anime epic?

so i saw some people saying D.Gray-man is an epic anime which has 104 episodes or something

so i am planning to download every episodes, but before that if anyone of u watched can u tell me does it come close to fmab and Naruto shipp epicness when it comes to story and fight scene

I heard is a top notch manga...I think that the anime ended off on filler or they changed something tho, the manga is on hiatus. I've only read a few chapters and it seems interesting, I'll catch up to it after is finish shaman king

No, it's not epic.

It's mediocre. And it ends when it finally starts to get interesting, and the manga is on hiatus.

I recommend HxH (2011) over it, or read the magi manga, or the seven deadly sins manga.
