Is this a plot hole?

Obito tells Sakura and Naruto's clone to come with him into Kaguya's dimension. The Naruto trapped in the ice also has a plan of his own to enter the dimension. When Kaguya opens her portal, Naruto (clone) flies in after, then gets destroyed by Kaguya. Obito and Sakura appear later with no Naruto clone to accompany them. So, was the clone that flew in the one that was originally with Obito? Otherwise, what happened to that clone did Obito change his mind at the last second? Am I reading it wrong?

Naruto that attempted to fly in was the original, and he didn't make it in. Obito warped sakura and clone in and that clone died/poofed to the ash bone from kaguya.
