I'm leaving my Alienware M14x as my streaming laptop for Twitch and moving all my GFX design, video editing and music production to my desktop.

The two way SLI is pretty expensive but I don't know if I need 2 or not.

Thoughts?

A single GTX 780 can pretty much ultra any game right now at 1080p @60fps (perhaps besides AC unity which is a terrible port) but anyways, 780 in SLI is a good option, it ensures that your build would be future proof, lessens the need to upgrade in the future. But anyways, that's a nice build right there mate.

Agreed. I spent several months figuring out this build. I have ordered them all and it is put together but I am still doubting some specs. The most likely upgrade in the future might be my CPU and possibly my GPU, but my GPU won't need it for a while.

Your CPU is fine, I don't think it needs upgrading any time soon, 4th gen I7 won't be a bottleneck either IMO with 2 GTX 780 ( some people say it does bottleneck with a single GTX 780ti IN SOME GAMES But I wound't worry about it, you can always OC) if you overclock that shit you can last it for a damn while bro.
