No, when two brothers have awakened the mangekyos then one of them is capable of getting the EMS. Any Uchiha can awaken MS.

Name an uchiha who doesnt have a brother who has attained it? And kakashi has obito's dum dum. Obito is brother of shisui but since shisui is dead he can't achieve the ems but because of zetsu(possibly) he can stop his ms's degeneration.

I am simply saying that the uchiha lineage only shows brothers have attained ms. So why is this so hard to believe? Are you guys jus refusing to believe or is the only thing up for debate on this base have to be about tobi being obito?
