Nah you're doing too much. It's a basic or above basic fireball jutsu which she should have done a long time ago. Nothing to start giving her jounin hype over. Sasuke was chunin level at age 7? Nah, it's just a basic fire jutsu. Also, he mentioned chakra reserves, not actual skill. Example, Naruto with his reserves as a kid could do Tajuu kagebunshin, while even kagebunshin is jonin level. Was he more than Jonin when he was a kid? nah.

He wasn't referring to reserves. He was talking about quality. Nature transformation - transforming your chakra into an element, is advanced ninjutsu, which likewise, requires advance chakra control. Most Genin don't have such level of skill.

Shadow Clones is a Jonin level skill. So yes, Naruto was Jonin level in atleast one thing. Likewise with Sasuke.

Kakashi says "That skill (jutsu) is beyond the capacity of any novice ... his chakra shouldn't have developed enough yet to perform it" The skill might be considered chunnin due to the amount of chakra needed, not the actual skill. I mean, it's one of the most basic fire jutsu there are in the series.

Ok, but being jonin / Chunin in "one thing" doesn't make either of them "chunnin / jonin" overall. It's is known that Itachi was captain of an ANBU team at 13, so at a young age he had the skill to actually back up any claim about him being jonin or whatever, Sasuke on the other hand could do one thing that might be considered above genin, same as Naruto, yet everything else arround them isn't on par with that feat.
