Like primary school? This might seem like a weird question but in chapter 692 when edo Minato was disspearing, he said even though my grades sucks. I thought that NV only had an academy.

They where graded on various things at the academy which is why team seven had who it did. Sasuke(Best grades in his class) Naruto(Lowest grades in his class) then add a bit of Sakura and there ya go

The NV only has an academy but there also have a dropout school for ninjas who failed the exam or don't want to live that NV thug life.
