I think there is... it's only obvious. You wouldn't accomplish much with gov members they show on tv... it's like a tv show. Someone has to make classified decision, I don't think that every president would be inlightned into gov secrets. They change and there's no guaranty they wouldn't talk about it after they'r replaced.
