Is there going to be a heroes 4 in the near future

I was wondering why hasn't there been a ultimate ninja heroes 3, now that the psp is kind of dead, do you think there will be a heroes 4 for the psvita?:shrug:
oh and is it possible that if i ask this question to the cc2 twitter account would they answer my question?
