None of them can escape Itachi's ocular prowess; intercept his hand speed and he had his Mangekyo at 12. According to Zetsu, Itachi unlocked all aspects of his MS on the same day

He hypnotizes Manda and all the frog summons with 3T genjutsu as they are susceptible to being mind controlled, which Hebi Sasuke proved.
Katsuya would be an issue, but Amaterasu should finish the job.
If an Edo Madara who was superboosted multiple times over only managed genjutsu once on the Gokage, what makes you think Itachi can take giants?
More directly, Sasuke broke Tsukiyomi so his genjutsu strength is well ahead of anything normal. And even then, he only got Manda in a blindside (Manda was on his side, why resist?)

No, around that age of 12, Itachi was still in the Anbu. He did not have Mangekyou Sharingan. Regardless, The Sannin has too much experience. The would demolish Itachi.

The sannin would kill Itachi easily. They have way more experience and their abilities are far greater.
Edo Madara was playing around with them, so the battle wasn't even serious. Even if you want to argue that he was attempting to use genjutsu on them, which there was no clear indication that that was his goal since he only explicitly wanted to catch Ay, in that battle scenario, everyone was all over the place and a eye contact meeting point was super difficult since attention and focus could not be concentrated well considering that everyone's physical positions and angles and movements hindered Madara from gazing at them. Tsunade has the slowest reaction and movement speed out of all of them, yet Madara never tried to catch and put her in genjutsu despite how it easy it would have been.
In the summoning case, Manda and Gambunta are so huge with majorly blatantly gargantuan eyes that it would be an easy genjutsu catch for Itachi.
Gokage and summoning same-same comparisons in terms of the ability to snare one in genjutsu is invalid since there's a grand size and competence difference.
What point are you trying to make with Sasuke breaking Tsukuyomi and possessing genjutsu strength? Itachi's genjutsu prowess eclipses Sasuke's by a landslide.

Orochimaru already insinuated five times that nothing in his arsenal can defeat Itachi. Orochimaru was only subjected to his 3T genjutsu after making all the inferiority statements. His last inferiority statement was when he was met with Susano'o but everything prior, Orochimaru had no knowledge of his Susano'o, implying that genjutsu would be his downfall.
All your points rely on conclusions you've already reached which are easily questionable, so you actually got nothing concrete, but I'll play along

Itachi is the one who must catch their eyes, specifically their visual focus. So it's a matter of how he, puny target, gets them to look at his eyes directly when they really don't even have to, with their huge techniques making only his rough position necesary to know

Also, why not take what Itachi said about Orochimaru being dangerous despite his own ET status and Sasuke having EMS being there seriously? 3 Sannin at the same time? Itachi ain't no Madara or Rinnegan Sasuke. He has pathetic chakra reserves to fight all of them at once.
As someone has stated above Itachi did not unlock Mangekyou at age 12, but later so he would not be able to beat a Sannin 1v1.
