Is there anyone who has a chance to have 40pts at databook?

Hashirama has the higher chances.
He has a very good genjutsu- bringer of darkness.
It's only his speed I doubt.

I dont think single genjutsu of that level is enough for stat of 5.
Speed and taijutsu of hashirama cant be that great either as madara survived SM hashirama in close fight.

I think Juubito could get a 40, Intelligence is probably like the only one that's debatable and Obito was up there.

Obito sure has 5 of intelligence, being cocky isnt another story.

Madara gets 40 pts. If anyone does
Sasuke gets a big improvement in stamina, but not 5.
Naruto gains intelligence points, but if he gains a single point in hand seals I call BS bcuz the guy has NEVER USED ANY.

Databooks reflect base abilities before power-ups.

Hashirama and Madara should be close, but without their extras like SM/Implanted Senju DNA, they should fall .5 in respective areas.

Tobirama should be pretty close considering his strength totally derives from himself and the only area he hasn't shown skill in is Genjutsu but considering he fought naturally gifted Genjutsu users non-stop for around 15-20 years, he should be pretty good at negating it.

i agree if you mean booksmart... naruto showed his outside of battle intelligence several times plus naruto get knowledge from many peoples... and his bunshin experience give him minimum +1.5 point in intelligence.
naruto already have 2 in genjutsu stat, so fair give him minimum +1 in genjutsu.

Naruto can come up with cheap feints in tandem with other people's underestimation, something achievable by anybody.

His stats won't raise much because after SM, he stopped working on his base skills.

His ninjutsu would probably raise .5 and his intelligence too.

Obito has formed akatsuki, ruled mist village, brainwashed sasuke and outsmarted itachi, came up with the war plan, used kinakaku/ginakaku as insurance for juubi revival.
Hiruzen couldnt even solve the coup problem and didnt even see orochimaru's assault coming neither danzo's scheming.
The plot is result of obito doing. Just who do you think could pull all that?

You need to be observant to, Naruto is the type to miss hairline mistake. His chakra control is nothing if he can't realize that he is in a genjutsu,.
Take Sakura, she has perfect chakra control and eyes keen enough to notice even the slightest mistakes, and even when he is in genjutsu he has trouble breaking it, if he does now...once he gets Kuruma back, it will be a symbolic bond type thing to break it

while featwise, madara's should be [Taijutsu: 5 | Ninjutsu: 5 | Genjutsu: 4 or 5 | Strength: 5 | Speed: 5 | Intelligence: 5 | stamina: 5 | Hand seals: 5] = 39 to 40
