It is a piece of cake for Minato to put a mark on Sasuke and then spams FTG with a sharp kunai.
I'm sure that Minato can land at least 10 kunai attacks on Sasuke before Sasuke is completely covered with Susano'o.
If Minato is a deadly ninja (means not soft) he'll end Sasuke's pain of death by slicing Sasuke's throat part with his kunai. I guess at the most 5 slashes on the throat are enough to kill Sasuke.

Minato wins with low difficulty.

If Sasuke is surrounded by marked kunais, even before he uses his Hawk summon and fly away, Minato appears in front of him with a surprise and marks him. Even Sasuke can't dodge it.
BTW, the marking can also be placed on Susano'o. That's not a big deal for Minato to avoid the Amaterasu manipulation

As for the susanoo, it's not important against minato since he can teleport it a way as we already saw.
And the speaking about the Enton is laughable since Minato took a direct hit by it + FTG and was able to
