Naruto - by giving him more reasons to lvl up faster
Sakura/Karin - by impregnanting whoever the mom is
Orochimaru - by giving him a new perspective as he himself had admitted
Jugo - by reminding him of Kimimaro
Lee - by giving him more motivation to train
Gaara - by showing him once again how he was once wrong in his actions
The whole shinobi alliance - by saving their arses via forcing Orochimaru to ET the hokages and deciding to help.

He became a better person due to Sasuke's darkness. He literally took his darkness and overshadowed it with his light. In doing so he went through life and still came out on the right end. That is what it takes to be a good person and an influential person I guess You are even able to reach the most negative person and change them I guess
