TBB while in BSM, within mere seconds, and his base speed isn't anything noteworthy aside from
vague scans in Gaiden.

When Raikage had spoke of Naruto's speed reminding him of Minato because of the flash,
Naruto was already in KCM, I think that shows just how fast Minato in BSM
would be.
