Itachi was bored, staring out into the open plains. he noticed some random person about mid-range from him, what better opportunity for a bored outlaw, then to split the wig of this unfortunate victim of fate? beautiful
immediately Itachi would kick a stone up from the ground to his right hand and hurl it towards the head of the pedestrian to catch his attention but not hard enough to cause any real damage. when the poor bastard turned to see who threw the rock at him, hed make eye contact with the Lord of the Underworld, the God Uchiha and the new, unwillingly master of his reality from the genjutsu he was now trapped in
in an instant the sky would change from blue to crimson red and blood would rain down from the heavens and stain the grass red. the poor victim would feel something crawling beneath his skin like little bugs in his flesh as the rain fell. something scraping at their skull and bugs would crawl across his line of sight. the sound and thought of something inside of him, violating him, made the trechned coat man freak out in a panic...silly asshole. two sets of hands would pop out like zombies from a graveyard and grab his ankles, such precision. another two would reach out and grab his waist bringing him to his knees as crows filled the sky and the rain stopped
from what the person could see other than the bugs, the crows would fly infront of him, forming what looked like the silhouette of a man. who they now came to the realization they were kneeing before their god. Itachi would quickly backhand the victim. after as their head turned back to forward position from the slap, theyd be confronted with a stream of liquid hitting their face. the God Uchiha had drank a little too much earlier and now found perfect toliet. once his bladder was emptied, he'd take out a kunai and stab the victim in the shoulder and smile

I know your policies (won’t fight any Yin/Yang, Sage Ranked or Edo Tensai User) but let’s be honest here Skorm, the rp is in a general hiatus. You more than likely wont get another honest reply from anyone else so if you don’t accept me then it’s on you. If you accept, then it will be unofficial as there is damn near no sensei’s or anyone around so if quoting gets involved for either of us, we fucked in the long run. So take the challenge and fight someone strong fam, aint nothing wrong with it lol. Anyways my CW can be found in my biography but I’ll post it here still if needed. Also Mirabelle has two Golden Elixirs with her premade before the battle started with each one carrying 150 chakra each. HP and CP applied just to keep it a bit realistic for the sake of the fight.

Within the field of Alucard’s vision, a small void like ripple effect came into view. Her presence became known, the newly appointed teacher amongst the Hayabusa Clan. Mirabelle’s long flowing hair silently danced with the breeze the terrain had to offer. She wasn’t sure why she was assigned a mission to strike down an opponent when in reality she was of the teaching division, but she also had a personal grudge with many of the Dragon Ninja’s who claimed she wasn’t on par with them. It seems Rinn’e had come to hear these rumors and offered the opportunity for the Hayabusa to present her case.
“A plain grassy field?” she thought to herself as she noticed the taller individual. He seemed to be accompanied by a creature of some sorts, a summoning or familiar? Regardless of their relationship – it mattered very little to the Hayabusa in the grand scheme. The picture she had in her hand was a perfect match, meaning she has found her prey. She stuffed it into her pocket, making sure she had all her needed tools and gear ready. On one hand, she possessed her spear, Oath Keeper as the unique and undetected weapon floated aimlessly in the air as it orbited her body like a moon to its host planet.

Finally, she was ready. A deep inhale and exhale left her feeling a bit nervous but alas it was no time to be afraid of the inevitable. “I apologize for a lack of introduction, as I came here for one purpose only. To strike you down…so please, make things easier and just stay still?” she said. Once the words slipped out of her mouth, her eyes shifted from their natural blue coloration into that of the fierce golden “Falcon’s Eye”. In this case? It was an extreme focus, she wasn’t sure who was more of a threat right now.
The companion or the shinobi himself…she figured separating the two would yield more results. She would utilize a sole hand seal, allowing for her chakra to infiltrate the inner dreamscape of the squid. To Alucard, this would seem like nothing more than a waste of time…but in reality, it wasn’t. His companion would immediately find themselves squirming around, as though he was troubled by some unseen force. In the summons eyes, a large great white shark would have its large jaws locked onto the poor creature's body, as blood oozed out from the very squishy skin.
It would in fear for its life, forcefully find itself retreating from his masters’ aid as the squid returned to its homeland. This only left the Hayabusa and the Chimera left behind in the terrain. She didn’t know what to expect of him but she was curious about his moveset. She was careful in her execution as she made sure that the illusion couldn’t easily be broken – utilizing her Yin Release mastery to render the method of foreign infusion voided and unable to be used to free it.
If her attempt was a success, she expected an immediate retaliation – to which she would simply begin her own mental attack on her target. She needed no hand seals for this one, as she began to at this distance begin the process of erasure on her target’s spiritual nature. His focus would begin faded, his thought process being tampered with as the erasure too place. This left him unable to utilize his Forbidden Rank and S Rank moves respectively due to the level of erasure being applied by Mirabelle.
The Hayabusa without hesitation immediately rushed after the opponent as she moved in a zig-zag manner she took out several explosive notes, tossing them at the target that they would explode once they got within short-range of his position.

The result is a fogless, blood red elixir that augments a Hayabusa’s Neidan techniques when touched or ingested. This elixir is stored within a sealed container that, when released, causes the chakra stored within it to overflow back into the user. This elixir increase the strength of a Hayabusa’s Neidan techniques through increasing the chakra output of their techniques.
Note: This elixir can be created by jounin ranked shinobi and higher. Dragon and Head Ninja can carry two elixirs while master ninja can carry three. All elixirs must be posted in one’s bios.
Note: Making the elixir happens outside of battle and requires the user to sacrifice a fixed amount of their chakra. For example, if a user makes 2 elixirs that contain 100 chakra each, then their default chakra capacity at the beginning of battles and/or events is 200 less than what it would normally be. This is a result of the user sealing that fixed amount inside their elixir. No elixir can contain more than 300 chakra.

Description: Oath Keeper is relatively newly forged spear. It was named in remembrance of Mirabelle’s love for her people and all those who influenced her in life and her oath to always protect them. The shaft of the spear is decorated in a milky silver metal; accompanied by a white colored blade. It’s weight is rather light but it’s durability speaks volumes – as it unbreakable by any means. This however doesn’t mean that it alone can stopped ranked techniques but it can easily slice through free formed weaponry and hand to hand combat. The basic framework of it’s abilities come in the combination of Fuinjutsu and Yin Release. It’s abilities are known as “Oaths” respectively.
Oath of the Calling: This is the most “basic” of the weapon’s ability; in which it takes the aspect of “Yin Release: Hand’s of Sloths” ability. This allows the blade to be summoned into existence from within a spiritual state of existence into a tangible one or vice versa. This is relatively useful as she can choice when to summon the weapon into her hand when actually needed; as in most cases will be simply traveling dead weight. In it’s spiritual form it is intangible and cannot be interacted with – floating around the user aimlessly though other Yin specialists are able to see it or Sage Mode users being able to sense it. This ability is C ranked, being passive by nature due to it’s pure simplistic nature though because it is Yin based, the ability uses 30 chakra to use each time to switch forms. In the event the user is knocked unconscious while it’s in tangible form, the spear automatically reverts back into it’s spiritual form. In addition to the this, the blade levitates around the user in which she can guide it with hand gestures to be used in conjunction with Oath to Strike.
Oath of Empowerment: Another ability programed into the spear is a seal with the inscription of empowerment. It’s main ability is due to the user’s constant sealing of Yin chakra into the spear – it gained generous amount within it. This chakra is then leaked back into the user’s body over time from the seal in order to empower their Genjutsu abilities. This translates to the user gaining an increase in rank towards all their genjutsu by +1 Rank up to A rank though S ranks will simply gain a +20 point increase in damage if offensive whereas non damaging ones aren’t affected (However this can only be applied once per turn and goes into a usage cool down of two turns making Oath of Empowerment unusable in that time). This increases the chakra amount spent in genjutsu to be increased by +20 additional if the ability is applied though it doesn’t add into the overall effectiveness of the illusion. This ability is passive and doesn’t require a move slot.
Oath to Strike: The last and final ability of the spear – this ability simply allows for the spear in itself to be used as a conduit in order to perform kenjutsu, spear, or any other weapon technique. This is done by the spear being able to apply a similar effect of “Change of Heaven” to itself and remold it’s blade into the needed weapon’s form. In terms of techniques used through the spear released as a projectile, it passively becomes Yin natured instead of normal raw chakra but in order to do so will cost it an additional +30 included in the original technique’s chakra cost. This only applies to chakra based techniques (kenjutsu/weapon based projectile techniques lacking an elemental nature such Crimson Slicing Wave and can only be used twice per turn and having a cool down of two turns after use causing Oath to Strike to be unusable).

Description: This is one of the fundamental Neidan techniques within the Hayabusa clan and the first one learned. This technique returns existence to nothingness/erases from existence. Using one of the three Dantian Hayabusa ninja render existence to nothingness. Depending on the Dantian that is used the user can manipulate physical, vital, or spiritual existence. Regardless of which application is used there are two components that can be utilized: internal or external. These two components describe the technique’s application to one’s self and outside themselves respectively. A Hayabusa ninja who utilizes the internal component with this technique manipulates their own physical, vital, and/or spiritual existence. One who utilizes external component does the same but with any entity other than themselves. Only one of the components can be used for any given application of this technique. As for the applications, only one can be used at a given time. Upon reaching higher jounin ranks (Dragon/Head Ninja and Master Ninja), Hayabusa ninja can utilize all three of the Dantian simultaneously to completely erase their own existence (internal) or that of another entity (external). When erasing one’s own existence with this technique the user can only maintain a state of non-existence for no more than one turn with and must re-appear within 10 meters of their original point. Once the user has gone to nothingness they cannot use any techniques until after they return to reality. Through the external component the user can erase the existence of another life such as summons or other shinobi though it requires prolonged contact with the target (3 turns). After contact is made the victim will begin to vanish from the ground up.
Upper: The Upper Dantian deals with the spiritual existence of an entity. Spiritual techniques, consciousness, mental capability, and spirits are all within this Dantian’s control. The internal component of this application controls the existence of illusions, consciousness, sentience, within the user. Enemy techniques that deal with mind control or that inject their consciousness within the Hayabusa can be defended against with the internal component. Likewise, the stability and power of illusions and other spiritual techniques attached to the user can be cut down according to the rank/chakra of this technique. The external component of this application is a little different than the others. Unlike the Lower and Middle Dantian which cannot effect an opponent directly, this Dantian’s application can. With the external component the user can cause the spiritual energy of a sentient being dwindle to nothingness as long as the user has sensory perception of their target and is within range. The result of erasing the spiritual being comes in the form of fatigue and a lack of focus which prevents the target from using higher ranked techniques and progressively dims their consciousness. For example: C-ranked usage will prevent use of Forbidden rank techniques and B-rank usage would prevent S-rank and above and so on. The constraints are as follows: Only chunin level Hayabusa and above can use this technique (as it starts at C-rank) and the user must be within and maintain mid-range of the target to use C and B-rank. A-rank requires short range and S-rank direct physical contact. While using this application only two techniques can be used per turn. If the victim gets out of range of the user they will become capable of using their full power in the following turn.
Note: This technique is learned at genin level and follows similar rules for each rank. Genin can only use D-rank applications, chunin = C-rank, jounin = B-rank (upper) A-rank (lower and middle), Dragon/Head Ninja = A-rank (upper) S-rank (lower and middle), Master Ninja = All ranks.
Note: Genin and Chunin are required to use 5 to 3 hand seals respectively for any application’s external component. Jounin require one hand seal, Dragon/Head, and Master Ninja can use up to B-rank with no hand seals. Contact between user and opponent requires no hand seals.
Note: When using the external component of the Upper Dantian, using the A-ranked and above will render an opponent comatose after two turns. C and B-ranks will simply render one unconscious after 4 turns. Each turn of maintaining drains half the original chakra cost. While maintaining no other application of this technique can be used.
Note: Upper Dantian usages, regardless of the component can only be used once every other turn. A-ranked and above usage requires a two turn cool down.
Note: S-rank applications of this technique requires a one turn cool down for the Middle and Lower Dantian.
Note: To erase completely the existence of oneself or of another the user must use 70 chakra. Unlike the external component where it takes three turns to erase another, the internal component is instantaneous in its nature due to a lack of resistance from the user applying it to themselves. Upon using this advanced application either internally or externally the user will be unable to use any Neidan technique for the next two turns. Dragon Ninja and Head Ninja can use this application twice per battle and Master Ninja 3 times per battle.

Description: This is one of the fundamental Neidan techniques within the Hayabusa clan and the first one learned. This technique returns existence to nothingness/erases from existence. Using one of the three Dantian Hayabusa ninja render existence to nothingness. Depending on the Dantian that is used the user can manipulate physical, vital, or spiritual existence. Regardless of which application is used there are two components that can be utilized: internal or external. These two components describe the technique’s application to one’s self and outside themselves respectively. A Hayabusa ninja who utilizes the internal component with this technique manipulates their own physical, vital, and/or spiritual existence. One who utilizes external component does the same but with any entity other than themselves. Only one of the components can be used for any given application of this technique. As for the applications, only one can be used at a given time. Upon reaching higher jounin ranks (Dragon/Head Ninja and Master Ninja), Hayabusa ninja can utilize all three of the Dantian simultaneously to completely erase their own existence (internal) or that of another entity (external). When erasing one’s own existence with this technique the user can only maintain a state of non-existence for no more than one turn with and must re-appear within 10 meters of their original point. Once the user has gone to nothingness they cannot use any techniques until after they return to reality. Through the external component the user can erase the existence of another life such as summons or other shinobi though it requires prolonged contact with the target (3 turns). After contact is made the victim will begin to vanish from the ground up.
Upper: The Upper Dantian deals with the spiritual existence of an entity. Spiritual techniques, consciousness, mental capability, and spirits are all within this Dantian’s control. The internal component of this application controls the existence of illusions, consciousness, sentience, within the user. Enemy techniques that deal with mind control or that inject their consciousness within the Hayabusa can be defended against with the internal component. Likewise, the stability and power of illusions and other spiritual techniques attached to the user can be cut down according to the rank/chakra of this technique. The external component of this application is a little different than the others. Unlike the Lower and Middle Dantian which cannot effect an opponent directly, this Dantian’s application can. With the external component the user can cause the spiritual energy of a sentient being dwindle to nothingness as long as the user has sensory perception of their target and is within range. The result of erasing the spiritual being comes in the form of fatigue and a lack of focus which prevents the target from using higher ranked techniques and progressively dims their consciousness. For example: C-ranked usage will prevent use of Forbidden rank techniques and B-rank usage would prevent S-rank and above and so on. The constraints are as follows: Only chunin level Hayabusa and above can use this technique (as it starts at C-rank) and the user must be within and maintain mid-range of the target to use C and B-rank. A-rank requires short range and S-rank direct physical contact. While using this application only two techniques can be used per turn. If the victim gets out of range of the user they will become capable of using their full power in the following turn.
Note: This technique is learned at genin level and follows similar rules for each rank. Genin can only use D-rank applications, chunin = C-rank, jounin = B-rank (upper) A-rank (lower and middle), Dragon/Head Ninja = A-rank (upper) S-rank (lower and middle), Master Ninja = All ranks.
Note: Genin and Chunin are required to use 5 to 3 hand seals respectively for any application’s external component. Jounin require one hand seal, Dragon/Head, and Master Ninja can use up to B-rank with no hand seals. Contact between user and opponent requires no hand seals.
Note: When using the external component of the Upper Dantian, using the A-ranked and above will render an opponent comatose after two turns. C and B-ranks will simply render one unconscious after 4 turns. Each turn of maintaining drains half the original chakra cost. While maintaining no other application of this technique can be used.
Note: Upper Dantian usages, regardless of the component can only be used once every other turn. A-ranked and above usage requires a two turn cool down.
Note: S-rank applications of this technique requires a one turn cool down for the Middle and Lower Dantian.
Note: To erase completely the existence of oneself or of another the user must use 70 chakra. Unlike the external component where it takes three turns to erase another, the internal component is instantaneous in its nature due to a lack of resistance from the user applying it to themselves.
