If the kages FTG over it'll only happen after kaguya's dead or just in time to save naruto and sasuke because kishi's all about plot convenience. Kishi won't be able to handle having the hokage there also when he already has naruto shitting on kaguya.

Even if anyone was marked, they can't hop dimensions. Since they can't sense in alternate dimensions I'm going to assume chakr doesn't connect through alternate dimensions either.

I think naruto might be marked but the dimensions are so far away i doubt theyd be able to reach it without hagormos help1
