Is there any way to kill Sakura/Tsunade?

- taking their soul
- acid melting their skin
- truth seeking orbs
- completely destroying their bodies with Bijuu Dama
- completely destroying their cells with things like Amaterasu
- etc

Now that you mention it, maybe. So add Chakra exhaustion instead
