Is it possible that Kaguya and Kimimaro have any relation to each other? If you actually look at a picture of them side by side, they look pre similar. And in the most recent chapter we've seen many bone spikes or whatever coming out of Kaguya's back?

Interestingly enough all members of the (now extinct) Kaguya clan had red dots on their foreheads. Kaguya also had those dots, only more oval. Anyway...

Kimimaro had a unique KKG that even his clan feared. I doubt anyone else from his clan had it. SO it could be something completely random. OR, he could have some far-fetched connection to her.

Regardless, Kishimoto will not invest time in building a connection now that his main focus is N&S vs. K.

Edit: Narutopedia states Kimimaro inherited his Shikotsumyaku KKG from Kaguya. Possible link there.
