Is there any proof that EMS requires to use someone eyes?

I find it weird normally when someone implant someone else eye, it becomes unable to deactivate like Kakashi, Nagato, Danzo, etc.

Why is it that Madara and Sasuke are able to deactivate their EMS eyes?

Transplanting someone eyes = unable to deactivate

The eyes of your sibling are genetically compatible and evolve to become your own eyes (Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan) when transplanted. In other cases, such as Kakashi, the brain is unable to retract or add the special chakra to the eyes, thus making it permanently retain its state.

Well you answered your own question there, what do all those people have in common? None are from the clan their respective dojutsus where taken from, that's why they can't deactivate them, usually the eye is taken out activated. I'm not Positive if say, an uchiha taking a non sibling uchihas eyes would be able to deactivate it, I'm pretty sure they can though.

They become one eye upon transplant. A mixture of the two MS are clearly visible in EMS

They couldn't deactivate them not because eyes were transplanted, but because they were not Uchiha's - doesn't have an ability to deactivate a doujutsu.

It's honestly makes no sense, the people saying "they don't have the chakra for the dojutsu to turn it on and off" that chakra is only used the first time they experience Sadness and even if so the eyes would turn off eventually since they don't have unlimited of that special chakra built into them
