Hah. Okay, here I go.

DB verse Saiyans can be argued as planet busters at the end of the series. However, Saints in SS verse can travel faster than light. DB verse doesn't have that. You can argue Instant Transmission but as a whole SS verse is better. Not to mention at the start of the series they were punching 100 times the speed of sound.

With that alone, it's stronger than DB verse. There you have it. You want me to explain the others too?

oh, i didnt realize this was a vs. thread. i meant better in terms of the which manga/anime i prefer to read/watch.

but.... who wins in terms of combat is up for debate, IMO.
For example, if you put the shows on "equal terms" it could go either way, like a biju = a great ape (and we've seen how many times goku has been beaten up by one) or giant rasengans = spirit bombs.

Also that digemon is omnipotent, meaning it is everywhere at once...so ultimate speed...and if Vegeta used final flash all he has to do is make time go back and freeze it and kill Vegeta...Like I said that is lame and makes digemon sound even more stupid than it is

Also DB/DBZ is so awesome because yea its op but its not op enough to be lame U_U
