21 and any one born in the 90s is technically a 90s kid but as for those who were born in the latter half of the decade i would not consider them an actual '90s' kid as they were too young to even remember anything about the decade lol I myself have not fully experienced the joys of the 90s era either /: When boy bands ruled the world and vhs and tape decks still mattered oh and lets not forget about the floppy disk lol
