The answer may vary depending on the circumstances... For instance if Kabuto or orochimaru controlled them then its possible that they can be defeated... If they have control of themselves then it could vary depending if they still feel its not right to harm comrades... But the people I'd say who could defeat them possibly may be

1.Obito (can go intangible to fight them, I'm assuming Obito would know how to fight the fourth this time round)
2.madara (absolute/ultimate susano'o but he'd have to be Edo tensei madara to succeed.
3.sage of six paths (we know nothing about him, he may or may not be able to beat them)
4. Naruto Nine tails chakra (his highest form the nine tails chakra mode...)
5.Pain/Nagato (six paths of pain or full power nagato)

And
6.goku (lol JK)

Out of that team I wouldn't want to see the third hokage return, I think danzo would be harder to defeat, I'm not sure if Edo tensei would allow this but bringing danzo back with Izanagi would be deadly... One moment they mess him up and try to seal him... BAMMM! "Izanagi" (plus I'm wondering since Edo tensei allowed madara to bring himself back and gave him infinite chakra... What if the effects of Izanagi became infinite through Edo tensei?)

Wouldn't you want to see a prime Hiruzen? In edo form there is no restriction on strength, stamina and speed so old age does not affect him no more.
