I honestly do not think so. Though there is a character I dislike more than her (his name rhymes with shiitachi), Sakura has been there and been obnoxious since the very start.

That Karui girl had the potential to be even worse but she hasn't really done anything since.

He became corrupt sure, but it was the 2nd Shinobi war. Who wasn't? Coward or not he still managed to defeat the 3 middle aged Sannin in the war all by himself and had enough honour and mercy to let people clearly below him like Mifune, Jiraiya, Oro & Tsunade live, without the need of backup men. He fought with honour once and lost his way.

I personally think he was a bit of a badass and you dislike him and danzo (me too on that one) because they're well-written. But this thread is more about characters that you hate because they're badly written. Like Sakura.
