Yup maybe just a glimpse of a random people eating at ramen centre at which point Hashi walks by and someone from the inside asking him for money, prolly hashi just says, "go away Saru Sake...i dont hv any money". Later the voice over will reveals that sarutobi sasuke is actually always terrorize small boy like hashi for protection money.
