If you ever watched the movie Kill Bill(2003) you have to remember the slight anime scene when getting an overview of Oren- Ishii (Lucy Lui) back story.

And if you don't feel like clicking the link, basically he family was killed by Yakuza and she watched it all happen under her parents bed and she was undetected. Then she grew up and became an assassin. IMO its pretty badass

Is there any good anime like kinda revolving around yakuza and bosses etc?

I can't guarantee that these anime are like Kill Bill though.
