We're now at chapter 741. So

1194 - 741 = 453. If we include and consider the (on average) 1 in 5 weekly breaks/lack of publishing, it's likely to be about 10 or 11 years before the Manga finishes.

My advice is: either take your time or read it as fast as possible. The Manga is at an amazing arc!
