is there a way to get a notification when someone reply's to your thread or your comment? Without revisiting the page. If there isnt a feature could we get it added to the site? I think it would be a good one :hooray:

It's called a thread subscription, found in the userCP (well you have a list of your subscribed threads in the CP).

Edit: Go to thread tools at the top and you'll see it

It isn't possible because people like me reply to multiple threads at a time, so I will get dozens of notifications when someone quotes me or replies my post.>_>

If it's a thread you created, when you go to the full list of your threads, any with new responses will be bolded and moved to the top.

I know what you mean. If someone replies to your comment or mentions you in a thread it will come out in your notifications and you will be directed to the page/comment of the person who replied back. It is different from being subscribed to the threads because you will always go to the first page if you click on the bolded thread or the last if clicking the last page.

I like this idea so we can see the comment of the person that is replying to yours right away instead of going page by page. I was also wondering if they had this when I first joined here.

You can subscribe to the thread if you wish but there is no notification system like the one you are talking. No it cannot be implemented. Please use search button before making a new thread next time.

Thank you.
