Is there a reason to why tobi has one sharingan and one rinnegan?

Cause like it or not the sharingan has certain things that the rinnegan doesn't and is better at it than the rinnegan, Madara doesn't have this problem because he awakened the rinnegan by evolving it from the EMS through unknown means. Now Tobi on the other hand can't or just plain out doesn't evolve his sharingan to the rinnegan and if he replaced both of his eyes with the rinnegan then he would lose the s/t jutsus and certain other things like the prediction movements provided by the sharingan.

So in other words he has the best of both worlds with two different eye doujutsu.

But surely if both Madara and Tobi are uchihas the implanting of Madara's eye should great Tobi his ms abilities, and allow Tobi to keep his own.

After all everyone is saying Nagato's eyes are Madara's.

Hey everybody .. Lets just all shuttup.
If Kakashi, a non uchiha, can switch from 3t to MS why wouldnt tobi be able to do the same with his eyes ?.. Because hes just as good if not far better then Kakashi with his dojutsu . Everybody saying he cant switch because of that reason should reconsider, theres obviously something else coming into play

lol where are you getting that his ems looks like madara we haven't seen tobi use any mangekyou sharingan ability or show the eye.

Dang namit! Space time he kept his eye because it has the ability of space time!!! I don't know about turning intangible though I am not sure if that is his sharingan ability as well.

Sharingan has its own unique abilities that rinnegan doesn't have, and vice versa..

Also , his s/t seems to be related to his sharingan, he can't just abandon it
