Is There a Rational Explanation for "Talk-no-Jutsu"?

So, the Kyuubi gives Naruto bloody quick regeneration.

But, it has another power:

You must be registered for see images

He can DETECT EMOTIONS.

And there's some evidence that even small amounts of the Kyuubi's chakra simply makes the already present abilities STRONGER:

Could it be that Naruto is, to some degree, attuned to people's emotions? It would be an explanation for his frankly IMPROBABLE ability to convince people, to inspire trust, to make them even change their ENTIRE LIVES or even SACRIFICE them...

Even the KYUUBI has demonstrated the ability to quickly inspire trust:

Also, it would make his life before Iruka accepted him all the worse. Being able to FEEL people's hatred for him...
