I want to make a puppet master bio and im unsure if kankuruo has a clan or not. Plz help.

I don't think he does, but chiyo passed it on to sasori, who then created the human puppet tech, and he presumably gave a bucnch to Kankuro, don't know if this info help, but it's all I can offer
