I am talking about his habit of thinking he can take anything, even abilitys or parts of the body, and once he has taken it, he thinks it belongs to him. Just look at how he steals Izuna's eyes, Hashirama's DNA and Sage Mode, Sasuke's (Itachi's) eyes (almost), Zetsu's arm, Izuna's eye again, Kakashi's (Obito's) eye and Izuna's eye again.

The only one i can think of is Kleptomania but thats nothing like it.

He manipulated basically everyone for 1000 years without ever being suspected or even known to exist for more than about 80 of them. Also he's the final villain. Sasuke was an anti-hero, and Kaguya was just Black Zetsu;s muscle, no matter how much Kishi says it's the other way round.

-Izuna gifted his eyes to his elder brother so that he could protect Uchiha with them.
-Obito took his Rinnegan, so he took his sharingan. Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.
-He fought Hashirama with his life on the line, that DNA was simply a trophy.
-He defeated Hashirama, he took that Natural Energy as a trophy as well.
-White Zetsu was his minion, his life simply belonged to Madara.
-Sasuke challenged Madara, his eye could've been a trophy.

Lord Madara takes what he wants because he can. It is not a disorder, he creates order in his way. It is realizm.

Well most of these are right but madara is not a sadist nor is he a masochist (calling madara a masochist would be the same as calling a jingoist a narcissist) madara is simply a narcissist, Has a superiority complex, has a messiah complex, and has a God complex. A god complex brought on by narcissism and paranoid schizophrenia, which were in turn brought on by decades of war and tragedy. Somewhat the same as Orochimaru in part, though he was more megalomaniacle. He wasn't quite the same as Obito or Nagato however, whom still possessed reason. Madara was beyond anyone's help because no matter what, he felt he was a dimension above everyone else and that without his ideal or power, everyone else was doomed.
