This sums it up. I dont think they would introduce a new dojutsu this late in the manga. Sasuke already has sharinnegan. Kishi could have made things mkre interesting by not making the sharingan unique jutsus op and give them to other doujutus. Like Kamui and KA.

First of all.. those weapon's do NOT belong to he's ORIGINAL susanoo.. he FOUND them. = if kishi didnt give him those itachi would be a fodder uchiha that's a fact.

Second..The Rinnegan; Saṃsāra Eye is reputed as the most exalted eyes amongst the Three Great Dōjutsu.
