[Question] Is their anyway to change the white border around your profile picture?

On my profile, the white border really doesn't fit in with my profile I would like to know if their is anyway to make it black or something.

Sorry, but I don't think that's possible. It's something that simply is like that in vBulletin. In the previous version of vBulletin it was possible, just like how you could customize the background of your VM box, which now also is permanently white. In the current version that's unfortunately not the case anymore. I personally preferred the older version for customizing a profile, but we had to upgrade it.
