Is the Wood Dragon Hashirama's strongest summon or jutsu?

The reason I'm asking this is because Madara told Naruto that he is not holding back anymore and Madara could have felt that Naruto is a threat for him to go say those words and go straight to that badass wood dragon.

Was that Hashirama's hardest summon?

i think madara is using only the tech. that hashirama used to fight him because those were the once he saw and copied.am sure if it were hashirama himself he will use some other jutsus
