Is the Wind Release :Rasengan a S-class jutsu ?

When Naruto added the wind element to the rasengan he created the Wind release:Rasengan ,which had enough power to completely obliterate Kakashi's rasengan ,and injure his hand to a great extent.The rasengan was a Super A class jutsu ,so is the Wind release:Rasengan a S-rank jutsu like kakashi's ''Lightning Cutter''?

Honestly im guessing it would be classified as an s class but, the whole jutsu ranking system has gone out the window forever ago really

He know the difference but I guess he was trying to say that most of kinjutsu are S-ranked as they are usually too powerful(offencive type jutsus). EX: Naruto's Rasenshuriken.

Naruto should use The Wind rasengan more,it packs the power of the rasengan and the cutting power of the wind element ,and is probably a superb technique which has no harmful effects and can be used a lot of times.I wish they showed more use of it in the series..

It is a forbidden jutsu. It was even prohibited that naruto shouldn't use it again but rather naruto kept on using it and even developed it to a higher level
