tbh i would love to see some spin off..like kakashi or itachi chronicles..kishi should stick to naruto and create a whole great world like tolkien and his LOTR world...that would be awesome!!

Sorry for double post, but the reason they continued the Halo series is because Bungie sold the rights. Bungie said Halo would be a trilogy and ended with Halo 3. The only reason why Halo 4 even came out is because Bungie sold the rights to Halo to another company, 343 Industries, who turned Halo from a trilogy into what they're now calling a saga. So this wasn't something planned from the start. It was supposed to stay a trilogy.

There is at least 1 more arc superseding the War Arc (Or more specific; Juubi revival arc). Whether there is more after that remains to be seen and is entirely up to Kishimoto.

Kishi may end the manga but that doesn't mean the anime has to die Like in DBZ, it was supposed to end with the Cell Saga, but they created the Buu saga and even DBGT. The same can be done with Naruto.

In this life I know there will always be people trying to make money, and if they can, then they will. It is very possible that the anime will continue, of course this is all just speculation.

Another example: Halo 3. it was supposed to be the last in the series, the creators claimed they weren't going to continue for a Halo 4 but they would make other games in the Halo universe like Halo Wars which they did. My friends gave me so much crap about believing there would be a Halo 4, my key argument was that if there is money to be made, then someone will do it. And look what happened, Halo 4 came out and they are making Halo 5 and claim to have a Halo 6 as well, there's a Halo 5 trailer out if anyone's interested.

I was going to say the same thing, but I think she means the war in general. Even if it is Just Obito and Madara, who aren't even on the same side anymore, it's still a war.

I wouldn't mind if there was another series, like, maybe the events that happen when they all become adults and chronicle the adventures of their children for just that one part. I wouldn't mind and then end it there.

I dont think it will be the end, and dont want it to end either. I think I heard that Kishi signed a two year extention with SJ for Naruto. Plus you still have the fight with Sasuke among other things that need to be resolved. :headband:

I'm a huge fan of Naruto, my favorite manga and such..but I hope the series ends after the war. There isn't really much to do after the war, (no I don't want to focus on like "Naruto's kids" or stupid crap like that)

To me the Naruto story is finally at it's end course, I'll be sad when it ends as I've been reading it since like 6th grade, but what worries me is it might turn into a "Dragon Ball" scenario where they cash off of it as much as possible..
