Is the Ten tails the originator of both eye techniques the rinnegan and sharingan?

Ok i am very confused as to how humans, ninja, stole the eyes of the ten tails i know the sage of six paths became the first jinchuriki and it makes sense that he would have the ten tails eyes because we see the nine tails eye through naruto all the time that part is consistent but what isn't is that the sage somehow absorbed retained the ten tails eyes and passed it on through his genetics to one of his sons eventually creating the uchiha clan. What also doesn't make any sense at all to me is that sense the ten tails clearly had the rinnegan and sharingan why are the divisions of itself (the tailed beast 1-9) so easily controlled by a technique that originated from the sum of their parts? and also if the true originator of sharingan is the ten tails does that also mean that specific sharingan techniques like amaterasu, izanami, izanagi, tsukuyomi, and sasuno are somehow related to the ten tails?

Could be that the SoT6P already had his dojutsu as he is the creator of ninjutsu used his techniques to take control of the ten tails then once sealed he broke it up into the beasts, and moon ect.

My theory is that the Rinnegan was the Sage's originally, but upon absorbing the ten-tails, his elder son received the polluted and evil ten-tail's chakra, which changed his eyes to be a sort of Sharingan, a cursed bloodline, demanding murder to reach its potential. And as time moved on, the intensity of the pollution leveled out somewhat, and the Sharingan devolved into the moder day version.
