the guy with the executioner blade obviously, he even uses something to somewhat hide his face like zabuza tooRaiga!!! *o* made my day last wednesday
You probably thinking Anime - Filler. Its a possibility but i think the swords are passed on to chosen rather than spawn. Suigetsu and Kisame had swords that didnt belong to them is the basis for my reply.
At one point they explained how Chojuro got his sword and position as Mei's (5th Mizukage) body guard. I cant remember the panel at the moment.
Your partially correct. Zabuza was the reason they stopped that tradition. If I remember correctly in Zabuzas day the chunnin exam consisted of all participants fighting to the death and the lone survivo is considered for membership to the 7 swordsman but I might be wrong
Agreed,I would also like to know the qualifications for the 7 swordsman. Also possible.I know for a (manga) fact Suigetsu is considered the incarnation of Zabuza, and his brother was one of the 7 Swordsman before him and died pretty quickly. Thats why hes collecting swords in the first place was to reform the team with him as the leader. Im not sure if it helps but it sounded good but I agree with brownbear there really is no way of knowing at this point.
and finally, I got this from Narutopedia. "The members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen were the people who came from the Bloody Mist's graduation exams with the greatest battle skills." - Im now also curious how they were chosen.
Obviously Zabuza came form good genes so i figure it could be him.Your partially correct. Zabuza was the reason they stopped that tradition.
The shinobi were paired up and fought to the death, but it wasn't a battle royal. Half of the class would live....zabuza changed that.
He merked the entire class by him self.
