Is the Sage of six Paths the Strongest???

The Sage of Six Paths has been acknowledged as the strongest ninja EVER! This statement can be be assumed true based on the his accomplishments...

1. He was the first ninja to have been reported to use Ninjustu, and explain the truth about chakra.

2. He deafeated the ten-tails and sealed it inside himself, becoming the first jinchūriki.

3. While on his Death bed he created 9 other tailed beast and divided the ten-tails chakra between them in order of number of tails.

4. HE CREATED THE MOON, and stored a body in it.

5. He mastered the Rinnegan and all its abilities.

My questions however is although in his time he was the only ninja (until his children and disciples) around, if he were alive in the time of this war with the way ninjustu has evolved would he still be considered the strongest. Taking into account the 2 Rinnegan users on the field now and Naruto and Bee still having the ninetails and eighttails.

The sage of six path no longer has the tailed beast charka since they have all been given to new jinchuriki. Is he still considered the strongest??? :shrug:

Ummmm... well, its difficult to honestly say.. we all know he had the rinnegan and we know all the abilities of that. But some of his grand feats were done whilst he had the 10 tails chakra inside of him.. Its unclear if he had strength and speed. seeing how he was the first to use ninjutsu i doubt he even had kekkie genki at the time.

We cant really say he beat the ten-tails because in actuality he use finjutsu to seal it inside himself..

If nagato had knowledge of finjutsu and still had all his paths im sure he could have sealed a wild kurama inside himself as well.

he took down 10 tail practically ( some might argue just sealed but regardless is amazing he able to seal that thing in and survived )

he is basically the god/sage of this manga he set the limit and the bar lol
even without the 10 tail inside him, I'm sure he still dominate.

some ninja probably came close nowadays, because they too have Rinnegan and S/T tech.

Yes, no one who is dead has any chakra anyway. It doesn't matter that he doesn't have the Juubi's chakra. The Juubi>All 9 bijuu and he defeated the Juubi and created the moon. He has to be the strongest. Who could stand up to the 8 and 9 tails together? No one alive, he stood up to about 5-6 (minimum) times that.
