Is the rasengan power underrated?

Rasengan is one of my favourite jutsus and I don't think is underrated

I think Rasengan is spammed for everything because it's THE ONLY THING POWERFUL THAT NARUTO HAS! Seriously. Besides Sage Mode, which he has never used much in the movies (I can only think of Blood Prison) and in the anime/manga (like with Pain), Naruto only has Rasengan to rely on. So, it's going to have to be super powerful. When it comes to being underrated, that is it not. It's a GIANT A** BALL OF CHAKRA GOING INTO YOUR FACE! Naruto already has a lot of chakra. Think of it like a vortex of sharp needle. That sh*t will kill you. >. >

I'm just feeling that the fact it gets spammed so much by Naruto kinda lowers the power factor on it :/ Don't get me wrong, it packs a wallop. Just gets old after so much use.

jua like sasukes amaretsu and susanoo he uses them every second either those or chidori

It might be a small jutsu, but anyone who took a direct hit got hurt af... It's capable of ending the fight, should the user get a clean hit.

Basically this rasengan created by 4th Hokage was not just a jutsu.
Like what Bee said something about Tailed-Beast Bomb when Naruto showed him the rasengan.
Minato idea could be Rasengan combine with Tailed-Beast's chakra to become TBB.

Chidori seems to be more lethal though. Imagine, if Minato used Chidori instead of Rasengan on Obito, Obito would be long dead.

This thread was needed. All I see on this forum in naruto and minato threads are "all he can do is rasengan" like rasengan is a weak jutsu.
