Is the nine tails (currently) inside naruto weaker than some of the other bijuu?

Just curious shouldnt the nine tails be weaker than some of the other bijuu due to minato sealing half of his chakra away?
Therefor wouldnt it be weaker than lets say the eight tails? Or does kurama have a bucketload of chakra?

idk he has instant healing factor, the biggest bm cloak, strongest bijuu ball that deflected 5 others, speed is almost instant, will almost never run out of chakra, has malice sensing, killed minato, destroyed half the leaf, and has the most tails......maybe the nine tails isn't the strongest
