Is the new villain Orochimaru or has something to do with him?

If he is, Kishi at least gives him worthy panel time finally. But honestly I don't see why he would use the Akatsuki? Maybe he works together with Black Zetsu and Orochimarus goal is to eat the chakra fruit? And for this he needs the Indra and Ashura DNA of Naruto/Sasuke?

A hooded man with Sharingans in his head and Danzo lik arm, Zetzu like Shin clones, mini Juubis all over.... These are like experiments... So Oro I would say has a big part on this. Don't you wonder why Kishi has not show him to Gaiden yet? It will be a big reveal I think!

I believe that this new guy stole Orochimarus work and not have him cooporating with him what i believe is that Naruto let Orochimaru have a lab on his own and practising his tests (without of course causing harm to others anymore). From what we understood from the part where Orochimaru desided when he heard the 4 kages stories back when they where ressurected he kinda was ok with the vilage until 3rd found out his schemes and had to banish himself from Leaf in order to continue his research if 3rd had allowed him to stay in the village im sure Orochimaru wouldn't end up that bad it would be like a second danzo. Thats what i think now is happening after Naruto said that maybe its in Orochimarus lab meaning he knows all about Orochimaru and not really consider him an enemy.
